Add Widgets From Widget Gallery in iOS 14
- Long-press on the blank space of your Home Screen until the apps start wiggling or long-press on any app, then tap on Edit Home Screen from the contextual menu.
- Here, tap on “+” from the top-left corner of the screen.
- From the Widget Gallery, select the widget of your choice to add.
- Now, swipe left/right to select the preferred size and tap on Add Widget.

Apple has announced a new feature for iOS 14 called “App Clips”.

Apple described App Clips as a “small part” of an app designed to be discovered the moment it is needed.

You won't need to download apps just to use some features in iOS 14.
Instead, App Clips are small, downloadable snippets that handle specific tasks like paying for parking or ordering from a food delivery service.
App Clips works with the existing Sign In with Apple feature to spare you from having to create login information, and payment tasks can be handled via Apple Pay.
Developers are going to need to update their apps to take advantage of App Clips, so it's one of the features in iOS 14 that we're likely not going to get a chance to try until we get closer to the software's fall release.
